About the event
The ultimate steam-bending course. We cover all the basics and then delve into advanced sculptural techniques really pushing the envelope of what a piece of wood can do and be.
In its 15th year this course now runs over 4 days - the Friday is a 1 day Beginners Course which some participants may have already done so do not need to repeat unless wanted, but is included so come along as refresher if wanted - up to you!
Charlie's done a lot of new work since last running this course - and as ever all new lessons learned in his studio work is shared here as much as possible. There will also an optional visit a local samill to cut some perfect Ash to take home if wanted.
